How we use your scorecard details
This notice covers the Marketing Scorecard at audit.mediahouse.ltd, run by Media House Agency. If you have a question about it, email hello@mediahouse.ltd.
What we collect
Your answers to the scorecard, the details you type into the form (name, email, business name and, if you give them, your website and phone number), and the page that sent you here. We also keep your IP address for an hour to stop automated spam.
What we do with it
- Work out your score and show you your results.
- Email you a copy of your results.
- Contact you once about your results, in case a full audit would help. That is our legitimate interest in replying to someone who asked how their marketing is doing.
- Send you occasional marketing ideas, but only if you ticked the box. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Who sees it
Only the Media House Agency team. Your data is stored on our web host (Hostinger) and emails are sent through Resend. We don't sell or share it with anyone else.
How long we keep it
For up to two years after we last spoke to you, then we delete it. Your results page works for anyone with its link, so only share it with people you're happy to see your scores.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or object to us using it, by emailing hello@mediahouse.ltd. If you're unhappy with how we've handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
